A VERY pleasant hotel EXPERIENCE
separate spaces desk space ample space living room
The room included separate spaces for working and relaxing. A great advantage when you need to focus. The desk space was large. I found it suitable for spreading out my work materials. The bedroom offered ample space. I also liked the separate living room with a comfortable sofa.
I noticed the location of my room was a bit far from the elevator, a longer walk.

unequal treatment billing errors
i felt there were problems, especially during the happy hours at the lounge. i saw that the staff treated indian guests and foreign guests differently. this, plus, the billing had errors. i noticed i was overcharged even though i booked a package with 20% discounts.

A Somewhat Adequate Stay
large hotel room layout spacious room distant elevator inaccessible hairdryer slow room service
the hotel IS large. It was easy to get around once i learned the layout. My room was very spacious and included a sofa in the living room area. Breakfast had a large variety of options.
my room was far from the elevator. This was inconvenient. The hairdryer was locked in a drawer, it was not accessible for me. Room service took a long time.

AMAZING experience, REALLY!
spacious room large desk wide selection tasty biryani
i had a spacious room with bedroom, a large desk, and a living area with a sofa. i found the hotel location very convenient for my trip. the Madras Pavilion restaurant had a wide selection of foods i like. THE mutton biryani was very tasty.
for a luxurious place like this one, the value for money was poor.

king bed separate shower spacious desk breakfast buffet
the rooms are big. my tower larger guest room included a king bed. the bathroom had both a tub and a separate shower. i found plenty of towels, great. the desk was spacious. THE staff answered all my questions quickly. i appreciate their help getting around the hotel. i want to call out the breakfast buffet. it had lots of options and the staff kept it fully stocked. the pool looked clean and inviting, AND not too crowded.
i found limited vegetarian options in one of the restaurants.

the hotel gym is very good. it includes treadmills and elliptical machines. weights and yoga mats are also available. the equipment appears well maintained AND CLEAN. you can find water and towels.

housekeeping was attentive. they refreshed the room daily. i needed extra pillows AND THEY arrived promptly. the concierge helped with local directions. they gave clear, helpful instructions AND TIPS.

A Satisfactory Experience
spacious room wide selection prompt service smiling face
The room was quite spacious. It included a bedroom, a dedicated workspace with a desk, and a separate living area that had a sofa. The hotel features multiple restaurants and a wide range of services, including bars. I found many choices for both dining and relaxation. Each member of staff provided super hospitality, always with a smiling face. Their service was prompt and efficient. I liked the wide selection of food at the Madras Pavilion Restaurant.
During check-in, I noticed some dust and dirt in the area, and the carpet had a few stains. I also found some hair in my room.
